Nope, that's not it either. SourceTV is not enabled. It's the most basic form 
of a CSS beta server as you can imagine. It has a default install, and a 
default startup line.

Source TV per chance? Source TV on TF2 uses all available CPU after not too 
long under
Linux, definitely a resource leak there somewhere.
