More like 1 slot too few. I have 40 slots on start line, status reports 40 and 2 of those reserved slots. Visiblemaxplayers is set to 38 so no one accidently uses the 2 extra reserved. Due to this reason i tend to keep them always free and not filled. However, 38 slot seems to be yet again reserved and no one else can use it except slot owners. This could be a plugin issue too but nothing seems to be wrong on my configs anyway.
