[hlds_linux] CS:S Update Install Error "Segmentation fault"

Hey everybody,
 
I want to update my dedicated server to the new Version. But when I start
./steam -command update ... <and so on> ... I get the message "Segmentation
error".
 
I can´t start in -debug mode etc. - I don´t know what´s the problem. Until
the update the machine works fine.
