There's also PMA mod, I haven't really looked into how it works, but you can set it to stop recording if the player number gets below X (def. is 6 which works fine). There's also a nice admin interface with it for swapping players, kicking, banning (with filters for All Ts, CTs or individuals), as well as a autorecord feature on Lo3, so you never forget to start recording STV. :-)
