unless it's against the law (aka trademark law, etc.) if the community name is trademarked....and you give Valve legal notice....perhaps maybe...
then again....Valve should have policies in place for "CyberSquatting" much like ICANN..in cases where a third-party uses a name that they have no rights to without consent for the purpose of malicious intent....for example "Micro$oft's official* server"....which causes your computer to BSOD upon joining.... yea...let the lawyer bickering commence!
