It's still too early to know, I'd think. I also wonder if they mean "dedicated servers" as being non-P2P, and being hosted at GSPs, the system that BFBC2 uses. I hope that DICE is not going to go the GSP-Only route with MoH as they did with BFBC2. To answer your other question, no, I don't know any mailing lists for it.
