I believe zBlock has tried to implement some things to try and combat this,
but I've noticed one or two side effects with people who have a blip in
their connection, then packets seemingly get flushed all at once, they
'jump' on the server, and it triggers the fix and ended up booted.

Might be a slippery slope to go down.
