I noticed a while ago that the bans include a space in the IP address,
making their enforcement invalid, and therefore nulled. At least this was
the case with local addresses (192.168.0.250). Has this since been rectified
in an update? I haven't seen anything change *rcon* related yet so I'm
assuming the function is still unchanged.

Thanks,
Kyle.
