Yes, they changed that method so community servers can be picked. However, best bet is just to define all the servers to: mm_dedicated_force_servers "ip1:port1,ip2:port2,ip3:port3" When search is initiated, it will search first among free servers on the ones defined. Note that the ip must be separated with colon and you can only use ip-addresses, not hostnames or it will not work.

Only workaround is select steam server press join, when go back to lobby
setting set to official dedicated and press start, you will be on your steam
