How often does the crash occur? is it random? or whenever a client is moved to Spectate using the stock Valve mp_idledealmethod cvar?
Which SourceMod plugins are you using? Have you disabled SourceMod and MetaMod:Source to ensure it's nothing you're inadvertently doing on the server in question? Kyle.
