I had the same problem on my server (in Australia) since 1 am on 8th Nov. I
assumed event was over.

Subject: [hlds_linux] Mann Manor timezone bug? No presents, no horseman.
Anyone else noticed that on the Mann Manor map, presents are not appearing
and the hoseman is not appearing? Note that the present drop notification
is occurring repeatedly, but nobody finds the present because it is not
there.
Could be TZ change related bug since that is going on right now. It's
2300 Arizona time right now.
Could just be our server... or not. Won't be a big deal if it's limited
to just the next couple of hours.
