I do wonder what the steam program does, if a few of them update at the
same time i get this:

12:00:01 AM     CPU     %user     %nice   %system   %iowait    %steal

12:55:01 AM     all      3.18      0.00      1.82     19.55      0.00

So the iowait makes the machine pretty slow at that time, although the
update from yesterday wasn't that big.
Maybe its doing some verify_all from its own during that phase or something
similar.

Not the end of the world ofcourse, but if 1 server is back up and players
join they could complain.. ;p

p.s. just standard 7200 rpm disks do about 100mb/s, so should be
sufficient.
