[hlds_linux] my server don't show on list

Good evening, I have a company that rents servers @ steam and come facing a 
serious problem. my server is no longer appearing on the list.
 initially all the servers show up, after turning around 50 servers all 
disappeared from the list, and can no longer put on the list. I need help. Can 
someone help me?

i' use centos 5.5, iptables disabled, selinux disabled
