We have it running stable. On advice from Jon (VALVe) We've split out all the server directories which store the files, for example;
/var/www/replay/1/ (server 1) /var/www/replay/2/ (server 2) /var/www/replay/3/ (etc) /var/www/replay/4/ We've also set -replayserverdir to point to each of those directories followed by /svr/ . These directories don't seem to be used, as no files appear. It did however stop the crashing on our servers (go figure). In our case -replay is specified before -replayserverdir, it kind off just ended up randomly somewhere in the start-up parameters. The only thing is, we use http offloading instead of ftp. We use the FTP upload. If we specify the -replay command as first parameter, the server crashes right after round start. If we specify -replay parameter as last one, the server crashes after some minutes of the round. Did anyone got the TF2 replay running stable and how?
