9 out of 10 this is caused by unloading certain aspects of plugins from sourcemod, as long as it only happens on a quit , it won't be the end of the world. You can simply verify this by not loading sourcemod and doing a "quit"

The servers had uptime of approximately 14 hours. I had to adjust my control script to compensate for this, otherwise the server auto-restarts itself after doing it's dump. I've handed the dump and console log to the guy who runs these server instances and he will do a bug report with Valve.
