SourceIRC is nice, it's on alliedmodders too i believe. Downside is that each server needs a connection to irc, a bit bloated in that case if you ask me, but it works ofcourse.

The difference is that we have it setup to work with SourceIRC, which is really helpful and convenient. Also, not everyone has to have rcon like we used, say, hlsw only. I would be interested in installing it if the phone/growl stuff were implemented. That would be badass.
