This is actually a very good point. What is the TF2 beta for anyway? Why not release updates 1 day ahead for the beta and then for the main game, just to see if there are any issues to be solved. Otherwise, just close the beta down. It's very useless right now. The past tests with the new detonator and rocket related shooters were a bit help propably but if the beta exitst for testing, it should be put into testing more and more.
