[hlds_linux] Required Update For Killing Floor

A required update for Killing Floor was stealthily released last night. 
 In order to remain compatible with clients, servers must be updated. 
This update turns off the Summer Sideshow event.  Sorry for the delayed 
news on the update, guys.
