You do not need to disable SELinux entirely. The following solution was posted on the HLDS list in response to your question the first time: http://www.easysoft.com/support/kb/kb00976.html
That will disable just the relevant SELinux feature. You can also do it for just the libtier0.so binary too if you'd like. We'll look into why libtier0.so is suddenly requiring text relocation.
