I have seen this reported at least 5 times now on the mailing list.
Three or four updates have passed since then and this still has yet to
be fixed.
I also mentioned this after the update on the 17th since it appears
valve attempted to fix it then.
"- Fixed "Cannot Craft" text not appearing on certain item tooltips"
Valve, as much as I appreciate all the great updates coming through
lately this should become a top priority. The vast amount of these scams
is becoming a problem.
