I'll suggest the medic subforum<http://forums.steampowered.com/forums/forumdisplay.php?f=544>over at SPUF for this kind of discussion. Valve does read those forums occasionally too.
Having said that, I wouldn't mind if Valve did encourage teamhealers as it's too common that medics leashes to a heavy and dosen't heal anything else (or the minor annoyance of medics 'stealing' assists during certain situations).
