We've found a serious issue in the Windows dedicated server build for the Killing Floor Halloween update released today. We're working feverishly to nail down the issue. But in the meantime I would advise and request that anyone running a Killing Floor Windows dedicated server please take the server offline until we get this issue sorted. The game is essentially unplayable on a Windows server at this point. Linux servers appear to be fine, so for now players will have to connect to Linux servers.
