[hlds_linux] TF2 Cvar to control how often Monoculus spawns?

Monoculus spawns way too often for my users' taste.  Is there a Cvar to 
control how often he spawns?

If not, can the rate be ratcheted down a bit?  Twice a round is pretty 
obnoxious...
