Yeah, they should be sent unless they fail to do so. After each crash,
console spits out something like:
Uploading dump (in-process) [proxy '']
/tmp/dumps/crash_20111103081301_1.dmp
success = yes
If it fails, success says no.

(2.14 gb :P )
ranging from 2010-09-16 to 2011-11-03
i guess the most bugs are fixed but the latest dumps might be of help
for valve.
