It's very probably that it is actually the real deal. The individual that is selling the script (HaloShadoW) has popped up several times in the past offering similar scripts, though usually LUA based, that can drop/crash the entire server. However, since he picks a server on his favorite, rather than one at random, it may already be patched as another has suggested.
