What is the start up command though, to start up the server?

There is limit of 18 slots on the dedicated server. I have installed it using hldsupdatetool like this: hldsupdatetool.exe -command update -game modernwarfare3 -dir . I had to use Steam.dll from my steam folder and uploaded to the mw3's server root. It seems like its online on HLSW. Unfortunately I cant afford the game to test it yet :( Here is what it looks like on console: version 1.2.358 Connecting to online services.... Connected to online services.
