Any clue if kicking players for high ping kills server reputation? I have

Kicking people will affect the reputation.

What if someone joins the server and starts trolling instantly? Voice Spam,
Hacking, or something to that nature. Does banning them hurt server
reputation because they leave and their playing time wasn't up to the
positive reputation point?
Yes.
What if the server is empty and someone joins and then leaves right away?

Then it goes down.

The whole point of it, aiui, is simply asking whether the player stopped on the server after joining. If they left because it was empty, or because you kicked them for having a high ping or the wrong kind of voice, then the score goes down.

It's a rough measure. The converse is, I've played on servers, at 3am in the morning when most servers are empty, for over an hour that are rubbish, they still get the positive score :) I think the only restriction is that one player can't keep joining and leaving to grief the score.

The way to reset a negative score is to get people joining and playing on that server for a long time.
