Sv_cheats cannot be 1 unless there are cheats involved. You can try to
set it as 1 and connect to your server in any way as possible but it
always revers back to 0 on connect. Those users cheated, period.
There has been 2 cases now where 2 people say they are innocent on our
community forums but 2 out of ~50 is quite low number and we did
everything that these folks say they did without getting banned
ourselves. We seriously tried everything we could imagine. This led me
and others think that the 2 were infact guilty in the first place.

I just got back from vacation and it seems there was an abnormal
amount
of
sv_cheat violators the past couple of weeks.
We run kac and that is what caught them.
15 players ban for trying to run sv_cheats.
