The "updated localization files" became an "inside joke" some time ago. There were only minor changes to TF2 announced and always localization files updated at the end. Then one time there was no changes on localization files. This led to intensive laugh at SPUF and Valve got into the fun and started doing funny stuff like this one, changing that message at the end. I can't wait for next update! Maybe it's in klingon next...
