Aggreed, I also think the reason behind Valve not implementing P2P into their delivery system was to prevent the overloading of low-speed clients. But personally I have a very fast internet connection and running downloads via bitTorrent while hosting a server and playing a game is not a bottleneck for me nor my friends playing on my server.
