I run 2 saxton servers, they are the servers that crash the most. They crash about 1 or 2 times a day, sometimes I am lucky and they don't :) Regardless, this is something that has been there for a long time. A update for saxton is still pending, which hopefully should reduce some errors.

I don't know what bp or smac is off the top of my head but You would have to test by disabling the most "unstable" ones first and working back until safe. Also make sure to check the threads/websites of these plugins to see if there is any discussion on their stability.
