It makes quite a big difference in games like Garry's mod on linux, as a lot
of files get saved into a flatfile database, and it can actually halt that
process during the crash. It should be shutting down safely.

If it crashes, it will just start up again no? At least , that's how it
works for me. It's a nuisance, but not a dealbreaker. But it should be on
the list for a fix indeed.

This issue is still ongoing and it would be great to have a fix for this.
At the moment our customers cant restart their servers at all.

From what I remember it was patched, and then after the pyro update it
was broken again and no fix has come out yet. (might be wrong)
