[hlds_linux] CS:GO app ID for updater?

Up until today, we've been instructed to use app_update 740 validate to 
update CS:GO Beta servers.

However, I noticed that CS:GO has an app id of 730 
(http://store.steampowered.com//app/730)  rather than 740.  Which are we 
supposed to use for server updating?
