When I get a user that connects with a 'strange' name, sometimes this
plays hell with the linux terminal.
For example, one user on my server now, when I do a 'status' command, I
get the following output:
# userid name uniqueid connected ping loss
state adr

This remains (no terminal updates) until I hit ^A, Z in screen to reset
the terminal. Should there be code in the server output to handle
non-standard text output?
