It's not MVM. That's the point.

Either the servers have allowed voting to non-MVM maps (in which case Valve should note that :) )

Or Valve have put some of their servers back to multiplayer maps.

Either way, the config when they are multiplayer maps most definitely needs time and score limits (as they had before)

....and still broken. I can't help thinking using a recruitment process that hired a few pragmatic, capable people would work better.
