Try and delete the contents of the maps/graphs/* folder (then verify all again)
(I had strange views too, including that white stuff.. see http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=77339628 for instance, random props on which you could actually walk) cleaning up that folder helped.
