I haven't personally seen this, but I've heard rumors that the TF2
Kick Vote is kicking the incorrect user if the the user whom the vote
is for has a certain client hack installed to change their username

Since the callvote command sends the userid rather than the username,
I assume this is a bug in the vote processor when the vote completes.
It's just a guess on my part, though.
You sure? It seems far more likely that users trying to select the
cheater are selecting the wrong guy (i.e the guy whose name he is using)
That is, after all, precisely why the buffoons are changing their name
in this way.
I've not seen these one of these name changers for ages though, but
since there's no need for anyone to change their name while connected to
a server once, let alone every few seconds
why bother having the functionality? They should just disable it. And /
Or fix the UI for voting.
