I only have a issue that sometimes on a _restart it freezes/crashes/hangs 100%cpu.
I've managed to get a list of plugins of servers that have this problem and servers that don't have this problem. I can see that I run UMC (for mapvoting) and servers that don't have umc on it, don't have this issue. But I cannot pinpoint it 100% In my case I think it's a combination of something + umc which causes the issue.
