Yes i have noticed this as well, and apparently i have to get around 15
players on my servers in order for it to actually have quickplay work. I
believe its because of the releases of many new games which have caused
people to play TF2 Less and Less but this traffic will eventually pick up
as more players come back to TF2. Not too sure though
