Hey all, Does anyone have SourceTV demo recordings working?
The SourceTV Valve wiki page seems to imply that it can't be done (since only masters can use tv_record), but a patch over five years ago (11/27/07) mentions enabling the ability for relays to use tv_autorecord. I myself have tried to do it on a Linux master and Linux relay, and the relay is connecting and reporting that it's recording a demo, but the files it produces are around 170KB in length and freeze the game momentarily when I attempt to play them back. The master is recording demos fine.
