Install CS hasn't changed. In theory you shouldn't get czero if you didn't (ever) run "app_set_config 90 mod czero". Try deleteing the czero/ folder, run "app_set_config 90 mod "" " and then try the update again. Also email me (offlist!!) the appmanifest_90.acf file from your install folder please.
