Yea I have worked with OVH.

Its very good decision to go for a dedicated server.

OVH kimsufi support is until hardware level... so if your harddisk is
busted, they will just change it for you.. that's about it for support... I
dont think they give support for software problems...

If you are experienced server operator, you wont need to contact much. You
can reboot and reinstall server etc from their manager panel.

Sometimes their network isn't as good.
