It happened to me when i had replay enabled to offload the files to a remote FTP servers, servers had the timeouts randomly and blocked the server, they came back but all clients did timeout, i ended up disabling replay completely.
Im not the only one with the problem here but looks like valve doesn't care too much about this issue since has existed since the day replay was released. 2013/4/12 Miika <[email protected]> > This is something that has been plaguing my servers for a while.
