Because I couldn't find anywhere perl-5.8.7-regex_ssp-1.patch on which book refers to I've made my own. Here it is if somebody needs it. It deceded a problem with segmentation fault while making DynaLoader.
To use it: Copy it to sources folder and besides that string in chapters 5 and 6: patch -Np1 -i ../perl-5.8.7-regex_ssp-1.patch use that one: patch -Np1 -i ../perl-5.8.7-cflags-regexp.patch -- Best regards, Mike mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]
