Yep, I found it myself using Google, and a few kind people mailed it to me - and now I have a few other clues about where to find it as well. It was at the grsecurity server anyway, there just isn't a link on the any of the webpages, and you cannot browse the server like you can with an FTP server. But when I figured out the name of the package, I could download it.
