I've just hit this issue myself - if you follow the Udev instructions as per HLFS-uClibc SVN then udev_run_hotplug and udev_run_devd get installed into /lib/udev/ However the Udev instruction then contradict this in the 25-core.rules file you create which references both these from "/sbin", not from "/lib/udev". So it looks like a mistake to be fixed in the SVN book. BTW Declan, are you planning to be in Belfast on Thursday for the Stallman/Perens event? I'll be there the whole day, would be great to meet another LFS/HLFS person. -- http://linuxfromscratch.org/mailman/listinfo/hlfs-dev FAQ: http://www.linuxfromscratch.org/faq/ Unsubscribe: See the above information page
