There's more (libs):

intl mmalloc libiberty opcodes bfd readline tcl tk itcl libgui zlib libcpp

Basically, it looks like the GCC top level makefile supports the bootstrap of 
every package needed to modify, configure, build, test, debug, and install 
GCC and all its documentation.

Also, if I'm reading it right, the --enable-bootstrap option is replacing the 
old style 'make bootstrap' in gcc-4.2, with exception to 'make 
profiledbootstrap'.
