I just now discovered that there is a wget-list target in the HLFS
makefile, I've asked about a wget list function a few times before with
no response, so anyways, I've plugged it into my ftp repo scripts and
there is tarball available (should be rsynced everywhere within a day).
The only packages the script wasn't able to find was:

They both don't exist anymore at the location in the book. If someone
can either upgrade those or email me a copy they have (googling showed
no other locations for these files) directly at [EMAIL PROTECTED] I'll
get that uploaded.
