I'm really interested in how valve has done some of the things they have  
with displacements. In tc_hydro, I understand mostly how the satellite dish  
was created. However, I've noticed that the long curved road tunnel going  
from the dam area to blue power plant (the section with the vents) is  
mostly displacements. These seem really precise and I was wondering if  
anyone knew how one would create this sort of effect.
