Not sure how interesting this is, but I've written a basic
textpattern-to-hobix converter.
I've used it on my own textpattern postings and it mostly works:

It uses REXML to parse a mysql dump file (generated by phpMyAdmin), does
some basic convertions and generates a .yaml file for each posting.
It uses the title, posted, author, excerpt and body fields in txp.
